Vloena is the children’s clothing brand of Semghouli Global LLC. Write if you need a size, a tracking number, a return, or a question about a product page, a Google Shopping listing, or an order.

We answer on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays), usually within two business days. We read email in English. Email is our published customer-service method for Google Merchant Center. We do not currently publish a phone number.

It is not a pickup point and not a returns drop-off unless we have emailed you that address for a specific return. Parcels ship from China to the United States and the United Kingdom only.
