This Privacy Policy explains how Semghouli Global LLC (“we”, “us”), 75 E 3rd St Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Vloena, collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information when you visit this website, create an account, buy from us, click a Google Shopping or Google Ads listing, or write to us.

This policy is meant to be readable on its own and to support Google Merchant Center, Google Ads (including Shopping ads), and Google Analytics use where those products are enabled on the store. It should be read with our Cookie policy.

1. Who we sell to

Vloena sells children’s clothing to adults (parents, carers, gift-givers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (United States, COPPA) or under 16 (UK GDPR). Do not let a child create an account, checkout, or submit a contact form. Product photos of children on this site are used to show garments; they are not an invitation for a child to use the store. If we learn we have collected a child’s data, we will delete it. Write to hello@vloena.com.

2. Information we collect

Identity and contact: name, email, phone if you give it, billing and shipping address.
Order: products, sizes, prices, payment status, IP address used at checkout, notes you leave.
Payment: processed by Shopify and the payment provider you choose (for example Shop Pay, PayPal, or a card processor). We do not store full card numbers. We receive a payment token or last-four and status.
Account: password hash (handled by Shopify), order history, addresses you save.
Messages: emails to hello@ or care@, contact-form contents, photos you send for returns.
Newsletter: email, if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe in every marketing email.
Technical: device, browser, approximate location from IP, pages viewed, cookies and similar identifiers as described in our Cookie policy.
Advertising and measurement: if you allow advertising cookies, or if we use conversion tools permitted by Google’s terms, Google may receive hashed identifiers and event data (views, add-to-cart, purchase, and that a Shopping click led to a session) for Merchant Center, Google Ads, and Analytics. Product feed data sent to Google Merchant Center is product information (title, price, image, shipping), not your name.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)

For UK GDPR, we rely on: contract (to take and fulfil an order); legal obligation (tax, consumer, accounting records); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the site, defending claims — balanced against your rights); and consent (marketing emails; non-essential cookies and ads where the cookie banner requires it).

We use data to: fulfil and ship orders; take payment and prevent fraud; send transactional email (order, shipping, returns); answer you; run the store on Shopify; measure site performance; run Google Shopping and Ads if enabled; send optional marketing; keep records the law requires.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell personal information for money. We share only what a processor needs:

Shopify Inc. and Shopify group — storefront, checkout, hosting, accounts, and (if enabled) Shopify analytics.
Payment providers enabled on the store (Shopify Payments if active, PayPal, Shop Pay, and any other gateway shown at checkout).
Fulfilment partners in China — name, shipping address, phone if provided, SKU and quantity, so they can pack and label the parcel. They receive what is printed on an international shipping label.
Carriers (for example YunExpress, USPS last-mile, Royal Mail last-mile partners, Yanwen, 4PX, and similar) — for delivery and tracking.
Google — Merchant Center product feeds (not your name); Ads and Analytics if you allow those cookies or if we use server-side conversion tools permitted by Google’s terms. Google’s use of data is also governed by Google’s own policies for advertisers and Merchant Center.
Email and support tools if we connect them later to hello@ or care@.
Professional advisers and authorities when the law requires, or to protect rights, safety, or the store from fraud.

Some of these organisations are outside the UK. China fulfilment involves a transfer of shipping data to China. Shopify may process data in the United States and other countries. We use Shopify’s contractual terms and, where UK GDPR applies, appropriate transfer tools Shopify provides. You may ask us for more detail at hello@vloena.com.

5. How long we keep data

Order and invoice records: at least as long as tax and consumer-law limitation periods require (typically 6–7 years). Account: until you ask us to delete it, except records we must keep. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Return photos: until the return is closed plus a short archive. Server logs: a short period unless needed for security. Google Ads conversion data follows Google’s retention for the tags we enable.

6. Your rights

Everyone: you may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of data we do not need to keep, by emailing hello@vloena.com. We will respond within a reasonable time (UK GDPR: without undue delay and within one month, extendable as the law allows).

UK / EEA: you also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU authority.

California: we do not sell personal information for money. If we “share” identifiers with Google for cross-context advertising, you may opt out via the cookie banner, Google’s Ad Settings, and any “Your Privacy Choices” link Shopify shows. You may request access or deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. Authorized agents may write to us with proof of authority.

Nevada / other US states: we honour applicable opt-out and access laws. Write to us.

7. Security

The store and checkout use HTTPS. Payment card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors on Shopify’s checkout. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers by email.

8. Cookies and Google advertising

See the full Cookie policy (also on this page below if you arrived from the footer). Essential cookies run checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies — including tags used to measure Google Shopping conversions — run only if you allow them where the banner requires a choice. Refusing ads cookies does not stop you buying; it may mean we cannot measure that a Shopping click led to a purchase as accurately.

9. Automated decisions

Checkout may use Shopify fraud tools. That can delay or cancel an order that looks high-risk. It is not a credit score. If we cancel, we refund and you may write to us.

10. Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site after the date is acceptance of the updated policy, except where consent is required by law.

This policy supports Google Merchant Center, Google Ads (including Shopping ads), and Google Analytics where those products are enabled. Length is intentional: you should be able to see what is essential versus what is optional.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use pixels, local storage, and similar tools. Some are essential. Others help us understand traffic or show and measure ads (including Google Shopping / Google Ads) if you allow them.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

These run the cart, checkout, login, security, load-balancing, and remember your cookie choice. They do not require marketing consent. If you block them, the store may not complete a purchase.

Examples: Shopify session and cart cookies, checkout cookies, CSRF and bot-protection cookies, the cookie-preference cookie itself.

Preferences

Remember country/currency if you use the country selector, and similar display choices.

Analytics

If enabled and, where required, consented: Shopify analytics and Google Analytics (or similar) to see which pages are used, in aggregate. This helps us fix broken pages and see whether a Shopping landing page loaded. We do not use analytics to identify a child.

Advertising and measurement

If you allow them: Google Ads, Google Merchant conversion tags, remarketing tags, and similar so we can measure whether a Shopping ad led to a purchase and so we can show relevant ads. You can refuse these. Refusing them does not stop you buying; it may mean ads are less relevant and conversion measurement is less accurate.

3. How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last from days to two years depending on the vendor. You can delete them in your browser.

4. How to control cookies

Use the cookie banner on this site (where shown) to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
Browser settings: block or delete cookies. See your browser’s help for cookies.
Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com.
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, if you use Analytics-blocking.
US state “sale/share” opt-outs: use any Your Privacy Choices link Shopify displays, and the banner.

Do Not Track signals are not consistently honoured across the web; we honour the controls above.

5. Third parties

Shopify sets cookies to operate the store. Google may set cookies if Ads or Analytics are on. Payment providers set cookies on their hosted checkout fields. Fulfilment partners in China do not set cookies on this site.

6. Children

This site is for adults buying children’s clothes. We do not use advertising cookies to target children. See Privacy for COPPA / UK GDPR child rules.
