Free over $75. From China, typically 7–14 days tracked. Unworn pieces back within 30 days.

Measure first
Write to us if the child sits between sizes. We would rather send the right coat than a fast one.
Ages 1–8. Use the size guide: measure chest and height, then choose the closest size. If between sizes, size up for weatherwear.
We ship from China to the US and UK only. $7.95 (US) or £5.95 (UK) under $75; free at $75 and over. After the parcel leaves our fulfilment partner, delivery is typically 7–14 days. The fastest lines we use are about 5–10 days to the US and 6–10 days to the UK. Import duty and VAT are included. This is not Prime. See Shipping.
Weather pieces are lined. Waterproof ratings are listed on the product page in millimetres. If a coat is water-resistant rather than waterproof, we say so.
Email care@vloena.com first. Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 30 days. You pay return postage unless the piece is defective, damaged, or not as described. Weatherwear used in rain cannot come back as new. Do not post until we send the return address. See Returns.
