Where we ship

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other countries. If a checkout address is outside the US or UK, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Cost

• United States: $7.95 under $75. Free at $75 and over.
• United Kingdom: £5.95 under $75. Free at $75 and over.

There is no extra handling fee. The rate at checkout is the rate you pay.

Time

Parcels leave China after the order is paid. Door to door is 7–14 days in the usual case. You receive a tracking number by email. This is not Prime. If a carrier delay pushes a parcel past 14 days, write to hello@vloena.com.

Duties and tax

We ship DDP (delivered duty paid). Import duty and UK VAT, where they apply, are included in the price on the product page. You should not be asked to pay the courier at the door for duty or VAT. Sales tax in US states is calculated at checkout where the law requires it. That sales tax is not a shipping fee.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, photograph it and write to hello@vloena.com within 7 days of the delivery scan (or of the last tracking update if it never arrives). We replace the piece or refund the order.
